2005 Speak-Off Contest

The CCRCD’s Speak-Off contest was held on October 5th, 2005. A total of two contestants, both from Maxwell, presented their speeches utilizing the 2005 topic “The Impacts of Fire and the Role of the RCD”. The CCRCD hosted the CARCD Sacramento Valley Region Fall Meeting and Regional Speak-Off contest on November 7th, 2005 at the Colusa Indian Community conference room. The CCRCD’s contestant received 2nd place at the Regional level.
